The Harmony Gift Box will include four apples of each of the following varieties:
Honeycrisp Organically grown, the name perfectly describes this young apple making it an overnight consumer favorite because of its deliciously crisp snap on the first bite.
Pinova Organically grown this fruit is exceptionally crisp and juicy, with a firm, dense flesh. It has a mild, well-balanced sweet-tart flavor.
Ambrosia Grown with Integrated Pest Management (an effective and environmentally sensitive approach to pest management) this fruit is juicy, crisp, tender, and creamy. It has a sweet honey taste and almost a perfumed smell.
We chose these varieties because each has unique qualities that any discerning palate will appreciate. Honeycrisp, Pinova and Ambrosia are new and exciting niche varieties now being grown for the commercial market. All are excellent baking and snacking apples.
We are excited to present these apples in a gift box that is completely green! The recycled cardboard, soy based inks and biodegradable foam match our diligent organic farming techniques. We hope you will recycle or reuse the box and compost the foam. Refrigerate these apples immediately in plastic bags and they will keep long into the new year!
